You'll speak with one of our agents over the phone to answer some questions about your home - bedrooms, bathrooms, sq. ft., any updates you've made, etc.

After our agent has all the necessary information, they will complete the home evaluation report by comparing your property to homes currently on the market or that have recently sold.

Once the agent has completed the report, it will be sent to your email. A follow-up call will be scheduled to review your evaluation.
